2 Guerillas killed near Mukden, 1 near Yenan

Lost 1 inf div attacking CW stack W of Hanoi.

- A BC and ASW DD shelled Truk, but had no noticeable effect.

- About a dozen planes bombed Hue and Hanoi, redlining the defenders in both towns and reducing Hue to size 1. A dive bomber was shot down by flak over Hue.

RAF bombarded the city and it's surroundings. Lost 1 Lancaster.

Conquered the city, lost a Parashute Bgd.
 
Chinese Turn
-Following the Pathfinders of the RAF....Chinese Medium Bombers follow up attacks against the IJA 23rd Infantry in Chengdu and reduce it to 7HPs.

Then P-40s escorting B-25s cut the road east of Chengdu and the road west of Changsa.

Newly outfitted Chinese Calvary begin to enter the Chinese Defensive line. While overhead..squadrons of P-40s fly Air Superiority missions.

- US Marines captured Iwo Jima without a fight. A biplane was destroyed on the ground. An ASW DD sunk an IJN PT boat between the island and Japan.

- Bombers hit Hue and the nearby island airfield, redlining both garrisons.

- 2 BCs and 3 ASW DDs shelled Truk, redlining a defender and destroying the island's costal fortress.

- Coast Guard scramble after an ASW DD on partrol narrowly misses a collision with IJN I-26 off the coast of America!

Killed the defenders of the city, conquering it. One CW Inf unit was lost in the battle.

Hong Kong
DD Akatsuki was bombed by around 5 bombers.

The Chinese City of Chengdu is liberated by victorious Chinese Forces without loss!

-2 IJI and Flak were destroyed
-Chinese Cavalry Units Kill a Flak unit guarding a stack of IJA Infantry and workers
-Chinese Medium Bombers and Fighters damage an IJA Infantry Corps outside of Chihkiang reducing it by 7HPs

It has been more than 2 weeks... he has been a reliable player so far but I suggest that I play for him this turn and hope that he'll be back soon.
