Hello!
It is possible to add more than 31 civilizations to the game, and the selection of the 31 playable civilizations to be done randomly and automatically by the game from a number of, let's say 50 (or more) civilizations? Is it possible to add such a command in C3X?

ps ... ... ... and to continue to have, as before, the option to manually choose which civilizations (max 30) you want to fight!

... can a setting be made so that railways can only be built between two cities, and on the other fields only country roads remain (which can be upgraded to cobblestone, asphalt, etc.)?

I read in another post an idea related to building a railway between two cities, but only if you have built a train station!
