I got about 40, although I got a lot by browsing through OT simultaneously and seeing people that I knew had to be on there.
On the more recent quiz, 44. Again, I got some by browsing through OT when I couldn't think of any answers. Even so, I'm mad at myself for missing a few of them, including a few that I got the first time and then missed the second time.
I'm probably not going to get on one of these any time soon, unless someone decides to make a "Top 160" CFC posters or something.

I sucked at this gameWhat would be interesting would be an avatar-user connection game, where you were given an avatar that you had to provide the name for.
Just as long as people stop changing their avatars. I could get more of the top 100 by thinking of their avatars but not remembering their their names.

Why's that mister Dachs?
Many users change their avatars fairly often. Few keep them as reliably as, say, I do. People give me crap all the time for using the same avy 5-6 years straight. I know people who don't ever use one 5-6 days straight.
