In Civ IV vanilla (Non-demo), I think my first was Caesar, or maybe Bismarck.

In Civ II it was the Vikings (Canute), that was pretty much the only civ I played as.. I was only like 7 years old back then.

Vanilla: Tokugawa, kind of liked the Agg/Org combo

Warlords: Started playing with Huayna Capac at first, then got into Ramses II, and ended up with Hannibal as my WL fav leader

BTS: Im addicted to Joao II hehe, love that guy. Love Darius, and have hell of fun with Gilgamesh. But again my fav leader is Joao II on bts!
