Can you stop that guy reading stuff out?

For female voices, I'm not sure any stand out. I always like Jennifer Hale of course. I can't think of any others at the moment.
...Sigourney Weaver would go alright. Enough sci fi cred to appeal to the Civ audience. Clear, firm voice, I can hear her in Avatar now.

I love Sean Bean, but I feel like he was a rather poor choice. His voice is fine, but his pronunciation is horrible and no amount of skill can save some of Civ6's horrid quotes.

James Earl Jones is still one of my favorite male voices. Morgan Freeman is always nice as well. Captain Sisko is always nice as well, but I think he's retired.
Avery Brooks has the greatest voice in existence, but yeah, he's retired to academia (though he still does some stage acting). :( Patrick Stewart is still active and has done voice acting on a number of occasions, though.

Claudia Black. Alix Wilton Regan. Tricia Helfer. Cate Blanchett. Cree Summers. Grey DeLisle. Maybe only Blanchett has the name recognition factor that Sean Bean does, but they're all talented voice actors. (Though I think Blanchett has only done voice acting once? I know she was hesitant to do How to Train Your Dragon 2, but I think she regarded it as a positive experience.) She's an out-of-left-field choice, but I'd love to see Sara Kestelman, stage actress who voiced Kreia in KotOR2. For nerd culture appeal, Felicia Day would be a great choice and has plenty of voice acting experience (such as Veronica in Fallout: New Vegas, Talis in Dragon Age 2, and Pear Butter in My Little Pony).
