Canada shall politely decline to comment on the USSR's most recent statement, and shall only remind them that Canada is a free, Democractic, and Sovereign nation, entitled to join whatever organization that its duly elected leaders so choose.
The UK laughs at the USSR's hypocrisy, all the Commonwealth members are free to decide internal and external policies, unlike members of soviet alliances and puppet regimes that forfeit most of their rights to the USSR.

the UK has sovereignty over Gibraltar and will deny access to any we wish, we have not halted international sea traffic but only stated that we will deny passing to Comintern ships.
However that matter is being solved in a peaceful way, should any Spanish involvement make the matter escalate into war then we will be sure to send some nuclear bombers your way.

USSR - We are true to Montreal agreementm, but do you still value M-1.1? If not we are happy to renounce it just as you are.
Canada- we welcome you nuclear-free strategy and will provide any assistance needed, but we cannot do it ourselves. Nuclear weapons are not only a source of war, they are also a source of peace.

What you don't seem to realize is that yes, Nuclear Weapons do provide an equilibirum of course, since both you and the USSR know that if you guys use them, well, no more Human Race, and no more Earth. This is an equilibirum of sorts, but, if a catalyst or something were to upset that equilibirum, like a rogue nation, or a terrorist, well, that might lead to some irrational thinking, and no more Earth and no more Humankind. This is a deadly equilibirum, one which Canada would prefer not to have in the first place! Also, please immediately remove your blockade of Quebec. They are a seperate nation, and they don't need your ships blockading them.

All that we ask is for proof, and Egypt and her allies will repay the 3 eco once the proof is delivered, and found acceptable.

The Gibralter strait is not going to be closed. I promise you that the Canadian Government will do everything it can to peacefully resolve the Egyptian Issue. Please, all that we ask if that Spain not blockade the Gibralter strait, since there will never be a need to. I am positive that Spain, like Canada, wants to avoid a Nuclear War over an issue over a pittance like 3 eco.

We see it as a very simple issue. Egypt borrowed 3 eco, which they were allowed to do under the tearms of Comecon. They withdrew from the organization, thus losing their priveleges, and now have that debt, and need to pay it. If they do not, we will make them pay it.
We also apreciate your concern for the human race, it is touching.

Now, unless that has changed on us, you are still a part of the Human Race, and thus, you should want to keep your race alive! Unless every single citizen within the USSR is suicidal, and that is a very scary though indeed. And, since Egypt has stated that they indeed do owe the USSR a debt, we don't need any more proof, now do we? What timeline would the USSR prefer that the debt be paid back, if I might inquire?
