Captain on the bridge - Term VI

Do we need to post a further delay note in the turn tracker?

From the Commander-In-Chief thread on the 16th....

OK - I am not likely to be able to play this turn Thursday, Friday, or Saturday of this week, so if the turn comes in late tomorrow or after, then we will be holding it a few days anyway.

Right now it doesn't appear as if we will be hitting any one spot with 3 nukes, but I think you can post your story anytime if you want to. Give the other teams some time to wonder where the nukes will be flying .

At this pace the game still could easily last another year.

Maybe we shoud propose the other teams to surrender :mischief:

"All your base are belong to us!"

I wouldn't mind having this game end if the other teams believed they had no chance anymore. I was thinking that the capture of Council's capital might be a good time for the other teams to resign, but even that looks like it could be 6+ months away at the current pace.

Proposed post for Saber's thread in the open forum:

As part of Saber's ongoing effort to be remembered as the kindest and most accomodating tribe in the World of Meleet, we offer the following screenshots for the lurker(s?):

There is a little information for the other teams in there (such as where the bright sea is), but I don't really see anything damaging, especially since those are from the beginning of our last turn, and our boats aren't in the same spots anymore.

Be sure to mention that both Free's and the Council's capitals have been relocated forcefully.

But this is just some icing on the cake. Let's land and take out Council without any more side trips. We are not tourists, we are the Saber.

These 'side trips' did not slow down our effort on eliminating the other tribes (or as a first step, stopping them from launching).

And I prefer to take them out with a plan, not a rush.
