what right do you have of speaking for your entire alliance? Anyway, we are not trading technology, we are funding the reaearch of it in exchange for technological advancements for the whole world.

Actually, only China has the jurisdiction to speak for UFAR, they are the leading nation.

India and the SEAC are actually not much used in the UFAR legislation. Also, they have VERY little say on UFAR's policies, and that has diminished since the disastrous PA invasion.
