Hey, when I go into the music files, there seem to be a another file after each era with the addendum "new" after the era. Is this where we should place our own tracks? I'm wondering because I added a substantial number of them but I haven't heard any ingame thus far.
Yes. You add new tracks to the new folder, and when the game starts it will automatically add the required XML.
Should I add another one for Title? Is that why my attempts to replace BrentalFloss aren't working?
If it works, then your new ones from the "new" folders will have been moved to the normal folder for each era.Hey, when I go into the music files, there seem to be a another file after each era with the addendum "new" after the era. Hey Hey all. I finally got to understand which is the mirror to download v.29 (wasted 20 minutes to figure that out hehe)! Listen this. You dont need to look for Desura mirrors, instead push the red button in moddb (here> http://www.moddb.com/mods/caveman2cosmos/downloads/caveman2cosmos-v29) saying Download now, that comes BEFORE "Download on Desura". Moddb will respond that there are no mirrors, but it invites you to Join community (read: register at moddb). So you register at moddb and reload the page we are talking about. Voila! Here comes the download. So get it with any favourite download manager. @Strategyonly: Thank you for awesome work!!!
The thing is that many people don't want to register for good reasons (more spam).
Now that is a welcoming committee! I wonder if natives will actually attack or just let their lands be taken over slowly by strangers as they were in reality.
Ha! What version/Revision was that on (and what game settings)?
The pink takes place on a number of skins when you have graphic settings on low.
It is a general option (show Detailed City Info) in the base Options tab (the same one where you adjust graphics and audio). Can someone please remind me which (presumably) Bug Tab/Settings displays on the map (not the city screen) the number of turns until city growth/build time & the most gold/science/culture flags.
Thanks.
