How did you get that? The game has that pop-up when you discover The Republic, but you can't discover new technologies in Anarchy.

I believe you will get that pop-up while you are in anarchy and discover or trade for Republic. IIRC, specialist scientists will still contribute to your research while you are in anarchy.

Or if you go to: What's the big picture?, when you research The Republic, and go to Domestic Advisor and start revolution. Then go back from advisor screen and you get a noticed that you have researched Republic and do you want to start a revolution, you're already in anarchy

they cut the internet connection if they want us to do anything in my school.. I think they are monitoring our internet traffic, but as long as I "do not enter sites who is containing sexual or racial hating" they leave us alone.

When I was still at school CFC wasn't banned, I guess the school system manager didn't know about it. All web adresses with 'game' in it were banned though, and the online game imperial conflict, because half the class was playing it at school.

I hang out in the library at the college my mom goes to and I check out CFC the whole time I'm there. The tight libraian has no idea. Well, now you know I'm going to get caught.
