Also, I have a question - I saw that the server uses McMMO. I looked McMMO up online, and it described various skills and abilities you can gain. It also said that if you use a golden shovel on dirt you would have a 100% chance to get glowstone dust from it. My excavation skill is at 97, and I am able to get glowstone normally a % of the time. However I am not getting glowstone dust from dirt while using a golden shovel, no glowstone at all. Does this server have that ability disabled? Or am I doing something wrong?

Gold is fine with me, always useful for decoration.

Anyway, croxis what plug ins did you update/add? And what is the point of ecocreature taking away money when you die? Can we not have it do that? Because it makes no sense and is really just annoying since its minecraft, you die a lot randomly and/or for fun.

Well thats good news for people who need money, I don't mind that. However the part where you lose money for absolutely no reason when you die is just silly and you'll probably just lose more money dying than you'll make hunting them.

Residence permissions got reset, you have to readd them.

Croxis can you please change the ecoCreature plug in to stop taking money away when you die or just remove it all together? People will probably just lose more money than they will make fighting mobs and and it does not really encourage people to play. I just popped in to check something and lagged off an edge and died and lost more money, its just a complete waste and makes no sense at all.

In its defense it is only 3%, but I'm overwhelmed with QQ so I'll look into it.

Also aidanxbox360 griefed aManBearPig's glass train tunnel and has been dealt with.

I have named the mountain I settled upon Mount Gnome and the town shall bear the same name.

Also a note to anyone looking for a place to build their house or a town, please do a decent look around of the area first to make sure you aren't claiming land on top of someone else's house or land being used or right up against by another person or group. Especially if there are very obvious buildings like a large glass elevator and clearly shown on the web map.
tl;dr try to respect the area people are building in.

Still having trouble just logging into the server. I get in....and nothing loads, no chunks or anything, all I see are the various shades of blue of the void, and everytime, in 5 minutes or so, I get ejected by recv failure error.
