CFC Model UN - Security Council Simulation

Nah, let's keep Toasty. He started the whole thing. I would rather keep him...

¡Estoy Listo!

(Spain is present)

I'm moving. The computer is being packed today, the movers come tomorrow, the internet re-hooked up in the new place on Wednesday or so. So consider me absent until then! :)

It doesn't matter to me who we have as President, but if this was a model UN modeled exactly as the Security Council is, then I would suggest we have Presidency rotating, but Toasty keeping the pages updated. We could rotate it like the list on the front page, so Angola would be the new President unless he didn't want to in which case it would go to Bulgaria, then Cameroon, then China, then Chile, etc.

Mom ended up taking alot less time then i thought.

France sees the development of nuclear weapons by North Korea to be totally within there legal rights as a soveign nation. They have withdrawn from any agreement that would prohibit the act. The Koreans themselves feel that they need these types of weapons for their nation's survival, which is a valid reason with the imperialistic attiudes of the United States and other neighboring nations.

1. Am I representative of Spain now, it still says munzy on the frontpage.

2. Have I been added to the speaker's list as requested? If so, where can I see the list?

You have been added.

Current list:

China
Spain
Mexico

Would you like me to put up the speaking list with the delegates/nations?

Also, the name issue has been fixed :goodjob:.

Has Russia spoken yet?

I just read an article in the newspaper that the U.S is pressuing Russia to ease back on helping Iran with their nuclear program.

Thanks, and yeah, I think that would be great. You could have it on the frontpage in the bottom of the first or second post... (?) :goodjob:

Well, China's turn is up. I suggest that the honored delegate from Spain make his statement.

Yes, China has been moved to the bottom of the speaking list (below Pakistan), and the chair recognizes the delegate of Spain as the next speaker.
