philippe: Depending on whether you want the achievement satisfaction of completing it or just the achievement, I have a server which gives you all the achievements.

(Its a glitch, I only used it to get those impossibly long ones and hard ones, like 1 million healing points. I got to Milestone 3 on all possible classes before using it)
