Thought I'd make a thread for those of us who play WoW and are interested in creating alts on the same server. I suppose the first thing we should do is pick a server.

Once we've picked a server and classes and names etc, I'll keep track of them here so others know how to find us if they're interested in playing.

Normal sounds good to me. Already got an alt on a PvP-server.

Now for the big Question...

The Mighty Horde or the puny Alliance?

I've already got 2 Alliance characters, so Horde is fine by me.

I've been thinking about what class/professions to take too, going with Horde, and I'm going for a Tauren Druid with Herbalism and Alchemy atm. Supply the group with healing!

I'll play a troll shaman. Professions will be mining and engineering.

I'll be a Orc Warrior so I can roll on everything , with Mining and Blacksmithing.

It just occured to me as I was looking for low pop servers that Thrawn is in NZ and Smurf and I are in Europe -- what servers does NZ use?

I'd start now, but I've got to go to sleep so I can go to work tomorrow. I start at 6.30am.

Good point there Mise.. In order to play European servers you need a game purchased in Europe..? At least I think that's the case, or is it possible to work around it?

Speaking of which, I was in a guild with a Colombian dude who had bought his copy of the game from England via mail order.

The only country I could pick to select a realm from was the US. Although, as far as I can tell, everything on this page appears in my realm list.

IE: The same as everybody else.

I just got home from work, and randomly chose Bloodhoof as server.

Look for Kilm, the female Tauren Druid!

Smurf, did you spell that name right/join Bloodhoof? I can't seem to add you to my friends list or send you mail, although if you can only do those things when they're online then ignore me.

btw, I got my bear form last night.

My bet is that it's the US Bloodhoof server that you're on. I'll go set up my char now and test it on you in about 10 mins ok Thrawn? - Hmm.... a name..... how about.... Lostgirl - Undead Warlock (I changed my mind - now I wanna be a caster )
