It's in one warehouse, they ship it to another, then the next day they move it to the same one it's already in... this is drving me nuts!

That "track your package" service really shows the defects in a company...
Anyway, here is my report:
(0) cgannon64 is elected to an unprecedented 2nd term. The crowd goes wild.

Anyway, everthing looks fine. Wang is without Lit.
(1) Carthage riots, its short on defenders, a Numid do for MP duty is up in 1 turn.
(2) Wang discovers Philosophy. Damn it man, get your priorities straight! While I would normally buy a tech from Wang, we have to save money for Lit. It will pay off when we get the GL anyway...
(3) So far, we're just building Harbors in the cities that need them, and occasionally a sword here and there. We have 6 swords 0 galleys; not quite an invasion force, we need to work on that.
(4) We have a wandering settler that doesn't really serve a purpose, with no islands to settle. Wang still lacks Lit. I build an embassy in Korea; we could use an ROP to let us get into that mysterious island to the north. A galley is being built and loaded with a settler to explore that island.
(5) More galleys ordered for exploration, and to carry workers to that island. I hope it has promise (read: another civ).
(6) More harbors ordered so we can grow.
(8) Korea has contact with the Russians but won't deal. This is frusterating, we'll have to find them ourselves.
(9) Numid/Settler loaded on Galley.
(11) Russia contacts us! I guess Korea sold our contact. We trade TM for our WM and 50g. Zulu contact us! We trade WM for WM and 35g. Russia and Zulu are on a large island to the NE of Korea, the one I saw, and their lands are disgustingly fertile. I hate them.
(12) Because our settler boat is now going to nowhere (we see that island is totally occupied) we turn it around and try to shoot for a possible island in the south, dropping off settler/Numids, of course. We're going to get Lit on our own power in 10 turns, looks like we didn't even need Wang.
(17) Suicide galley spots land in the NE of our mainland! I wondered why there was too much sea here, so I embarked, but the land is 4 tiles away.

Usually this only happens in tinkered maps, but I guess randomness can be cruel also. No one has Lit, 6 turns to go.
(18) SW suicide galley dies, NE will live to explore land! Exploration reveals jungle.
(19) Looks like that NE island is a ball of jungle, and not worth risking the settler to found on.
(20) I'm going to play until we get Lit. Utica will be able to produce a Sword every four turns, and that will go up when we grow again. Most cities have Harbors now, so most will reach size 6. No one has Lit!
(21) Definetely a jungle island.
(22) The jungle island has Iron. 2 turns from now, the GL will be ours!
(23) Ick, Liepzig will be stuck as size 2 for 23 turns, until we get Harbor. I hit enter, as long as a message reading "Blah has built the GL" we're home free!
(24) Lit is discovered. I switch production in Carthage to Great Library. I wake Hamilcar. Hurry city production. GL in one.
(25)
The Great Library is ours! This is huge. I'm going to play one more turn to see our free techs.
(26) The GL gifts us Mysticism, Philosophy, Code of Laws, and Polytheism. A very nice pull. While I want to run min sci at 0% with a scientist, no cities can spare one. I hate to run 0% science, but I hate to give up 4 extra gpt. Heck, I'll run 0%. I'll play four more, make it an even 30. Yeah, I'm greedy.
(27) Suicide galley sees an open expanse of sea, but no land yet. 50-50 chance it lives, we'll see.
(28) Suicide galley dies. Dang. Our ROP with Wang ends, it was worthless anyway.
(29) We're approaching our unit limit, and we're only earning 17gpt, so this could be trouble. If necessary, make some gpt deals. I hope to get Monarchy/Republic from the GL soon, we could use it.
(30) I'm done. Just some instructions: That settler on a GoTo order is going to join Leptis Minor. Its worthless, and its a unit we don't need. Keep on churning out those swordsmen and horsemen, while keeping an even mix. Always run 0-10% science, unless something drastic comes up. Sword->MedInf is a cheap upgrade, while Horse->Knight is most certainly not, and we could use all the money we get. See ya. Final Info: Our standing army is 9sword, 2horse.
