Change Button placement in 'Still a useful material'

I'd like to move that button to make it CUI and CQUI compatible, I was already trying it without any success, maybe it's easier for someone with basic knowledge of modding CIV VI, the original author hasn't been online for months. So I either need a good and short tutorial on how to place things on top of each other or someone with more skill.
