I recently changed around the MemberCount because i believe "mine" looks ten times better with less clutter.

Who ever put the "Flag" over the unit(s) did count on people doing so, and looks "bad."

How about the designer change that portion or what does everyone think.

I "HATE" any unit over the size of three (3).

In the pic below can't tell who is WHAT and WHERE?

Plus in the provided thread since i cant have more than one pic on CFC, i have them what they SHOULD look like, IMHO:mischief:

I actually prefer having 10 items per unit because every one that dies reflects one hitpoint, which is aesthetically pleasing. If I decided to drop that, I'd simply go with 1 giant.

There are good things with both options.

With less units you can see more detail in the models and they're easier to distinguish from each other so the symbols above each unit wouldn't be needed.

With more units it looks a bit more epic. I love watching the battles between the large groups and the charges... good stuff. Also, with the 1UPT rule now, you have less units running around the map and I think the groups of 10 units psychologically help relieve that.

I tend to play the game at 1 level higher than the maximum zoom-in, and I think that helps. I just zoom out further when needed or check out the strategy layer. I think it keeps me in touch better with the game being zoomed-in... I couldn't play it from a zoomed-out view with icons also cluttering things up.

But that's my own preference, and I'm sure many others prefer to play the game at a zoomed-out, grand view all the time.

I think there should be an option with the game to enable "groups of 3" unit graphics or "groups of 10" unit graphics. Even a 1 unit graphic option.

The game really lacks OPTIONS. Hopefully it'll get polished up within the next couple months with some extensive patches now that the tension of the game release is over for 2K/Firaxis. In the meantime, I'm sure we'll have plenty of good mods.

No offense but anything over 3 looks like you are looking at them from an Airplane and they are the "ants"/units below:rolleyes:
