chat "enter" dosent work.

i was playing a multiplayer game yesterday and some things iretated me

1. when i was in the trade or the election screen i can write in the bar but "enter" dosent work so i cant comunicate, deficult to trade ehh.

2. i built 2 fighters then i couldent build eny more

now is it me, or just bugs ??? again again
