Chinese Unification

I do not know what it is with me and mods. A few of the mods I have downloaded work but then some do not. I have Windows 10. I download and extract their files with 7zip. I put them in OS (C, Program Files, Steam, steamapps, common, Civilization: BTS, BTS, and finally Mods.

They have to be in their own folder, BTS\Mods\Chinese Unification in this case
