Simon and Garfunkel, John McLean, The Byrds, and then some newer bands like Relient K and Anberlin. I don't listen to the latter two, but The Byrds and S&G are high-quality music.

Agreed-- Gram Parsons is pretty cool. Most of his songs aren't explicitly Christian (though a couple are) but it's good clean fun regardless.

I used to listen to Petra a lot, but that was back in the late 80's/early 90's. Great Christian rock band.
