I dunno how else to have them generate - I also don't know how many are generally needed. Are free Great People from Policies, Wonders, etc. actually free? I don't recall.

Iirc, Pisa and the Liberty Finisher are both free, but Piety's Finisher isn't free, and neither is Hagia Sophia. If I were to guess a trend, if say that any that have a popup asking you to choose are free, and any that are just given aren't. Don't know if Lua plopping is free or not.
Also, I agree that there should be more ways to get Magistrates and Dignitaries - in vanilla E&D, you'd get a Magistrate every era, but now you have to hard generate then, despite them having more uses.
I really like the new Great Merchant though; the global WLtKD is really helpful for keeping Loyalty up!

[Edit]Just got ninja'd by a whole conversation...

What? Invent a dynastic system to make the game even more CK-esque which spawns Princes (for Magistrates) and Princesses (for Dignitaries)? Oh my! :p

It'd provide a use for the Spouse entry that was shown in an old version of the Sovereignty (may have even been Prestige at that point) UI :p

Honestly though it's not the most elegant solution I wouldn't mind it if the National Wonders associated with the Great Civil Servants provided 1 Magistrate or Dignitary per era. It'd provide flexibility enough that one can access Claims and Decisions - whilst not being too overpowering. I guess it's a tad boring, though it could be a temporary solution.

In addition I feel that the Decisions related to generating Great Mag/Digs could do with a bit of adjusting. Given the position that Dignitaries and Magistrates are in as a limited resource - I have never felt it was worth it to expend them simply to create the great version. Perhaps this is intended to counter a late game overflow of these resources, but I feel like changing the cost to 1 Civil Servant + a scaling (large) amount of culture/gold would work both functionally and flavour-wise (you are sponsoring the education of an individual who will then serve in the govt.).

Regardless, I'm sure the issue will resolve itself.

I also just wanted to say that all of the new art produced for Health (and this wider mod in general) is stellar - and Jan and Suk have produced some amazing icons. Still not sure why Quarries will generate Disease though - if anything mines should due to conditions underground and respitory diseases - this would be awful from a gameplay perspective though.

Yeah, I was thinking the two NWs giving 1 per era would be the simplest and most effective solution. I can certainly put it in and people can see if it works out. I just don't want to oversaturate things - as ultimately Sovereignty, Sovereignty, Sovereignty :p

I made Quarries yield Disease rather than Mines as Quarries are both more valueable and rarer. As you suggest, Disease on Mines would be too harsh, even if more accurate. Thinking about it, Disease seems to be developing into something of a check to Production as much as Food, and because Health benefits food, I suppose Power is almost needed as a counterpart to benefit Production. But I'd just have Power as a means of buffing Production values, as in Civ IV, without any penalties from lack of Power as Pouakai originally intended (as Kesler pointed out, the cards are stacking against Production).

Sovereignty, sovereignty, sovereignty? Sounds great to me!

I think tests should be done where production buildings generate disease, and another version with buildings that logically affect disease being affected, and see how that works out. In addition, maybe make civs more susceptible to disease until a certain building is created ( medival era, +3 disease until apothecary is built). This is unless power is properly able to buff production. It all comes down to a numbers and balance game :P

Also, are new great people possibly at risk of being removed? D:

What's the current completion schedule before uni starts back up gain?

Nope, no risk at all. It doesn't look like Gazebo will be able to resolve the issue, and I'm not willing to rely on TSL with Machiavelli's method. So I'll just have to find some other avenue for Dignitaries and Magistrates (validates those decisions further, at all) - which for now is just the +1 per era from the NWs. Sovereignty and its Privy Council will help me out here, I'm sure :p

I think the Doctor should be strong enough to not be worried about, but that I suppose will need testing.

Current completion schedule is just Piety and the first few civs for World According to Modders. I would try and get Health done, too, but need Gazebo again. But Sovereignty will be the focus of my February-March break.

Not important. But in your user settings file under the health section for the changes to Lake Victoria, the comment is marked as the Fountain of Youth instead of Lake Victoria.

Also is Health at a stage where I could activate it for a game or should I hold off until completion?

Don't know much about Sov., but Privy Council sounds reaaly cool.
Well every time I want to start real full game with CID there is bugfix update.

Gazebo has released a new version of CP.

It doesn't have the things I need, however.

In answer to your sig. (assuming its a question):
1. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V SDK\FireTuner2.
2. Open Firetuner.exe.
3. Run Civ V and enter a game (modded or not, doesn't matter).
4. In Firetuner, open the 'Game' tab.
5. Select an Autoplay length from the button list on the left.

You should of course hold off until completion.

Glad to hear it, the Piety update has been a long time coming and looks like it will change a lot - looking forward to it immensely. Is there any chance that we'll be seeing some new non-TWAtM related civs at some point in this time frame (up to March), whether the WW1 civs or not.

Oh yes, most definitely. Innocent has been waiting for Piety's update for one, but the WW1 civs should also see completion. There should also be a surprise re-appearance of a civ thought discarded, too, within this timeframe ;)

To the Chiang Kai-Shrekmobile!

In all seriousness, this is fantastic news - though I have no idea who the surprise civ could be - it's difficult keeping track of which projects are discarded and which are on the backburner for now. I'm sure it'll be most welcome regardless.

I have some graphic bugs:
1. When I click on a City-State I get this:

2. I see the unhappiness only in the city banner:

I'm using the newest beta of CPP with EUI and CID.

I think an issue with this method is that it disables Lua effects. My personal preference:
1. Install IGE
2. Set up a game (preferably with you as Babylon, with Deity AI, and with only Domination enabled)
3. Open IGE, and navigate to the Players tab
4. Click "Reveal all". This will cause lag.
5. Place a unit (preferably a Nuke Sub) in a far corner of the map
6. Delete your starting units.
7. Enable Auto End Turn
8. Reload the game, a quicksave will do
9. Watch the drama unfold! (Or just watch a stalemate where two cities are exchanged over the whole game)

Thank you both! I know how to do it now!

Genoa? My guess is Genoa.

You should of course hold off until completion.
You say that because of bugs, balance or both?

Erhm, I say that because it's unfinished? :p I haven't even tested the system yet, so I can't say anything of bugs or balance. Which means I can't guarantee what you're getting, so any problems you have I'll have to completely ignore. I'm not Bugthesda or Firaxibug. I don't want you playing an unfinished product, because there's going to be bugs in the finished version anyway.
