Though there is an apparent lack of Constitutional Articles concerning these procedures, I will follow the Constitution by handling this Judicial Matter.

Goonie has accused Rik Meleet of the following.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Rik Meleet is in violation of Article K and Article A of the constitution of the Nation of Fanatica.
As evidence for this accusation Goonie referenced the Roll Call thread, in which citizens have to post to keep their active status to the ISDG.
There, the accussed threatens the cancellation of our citizenship if we do not provide him with an email address and if we do not post in that thread.
That violates article A, which says that all one must do to become a citizen is :
Code:
register in the Citizen Registry are[to become] citizens of Fanatica.
Nowhere in the constitution of this great land does it say that one must re-post in a thread and provide the forum admins with a valid email address.
The violation of Article K also appears within the same thread. Article K states :
Code:
A majority of the active Assembly shall be required to amend the Constitution.
Rik didn't even poll the Assembly!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In order to ensure the accused a fair trial, I urge every citizen not to post, untill Rik Meleet has posted his defense. After Rik has posted, the Court will hear any other Citizen on this matter.

About CC#1. This was not done as a citizen; this was done as Forum-Moderator. Hence all the:
Moderator Action: Moderator tags .

This is way beyond the constitution and in no way an attempt to change it or ignore it. This is forum-safety.

If I stepped out of line, go and talk to eyrei, Chieftess (co-demogame mods) or Thunderfall. If they agree with you; fine. If they don't agree with you; fine. I do respect the court as a citizen, but a moderator task outweighs the court.

I will always abide by the rulings of the court if I have committed a crime as a citizen. I will never accept discussing moderator - actions and especially not CC's on moderator actions.

Besides ,Riks actions were only guided by comman sense ,and i support him.
And i think about noone here will support this frankly rediculous case against Rik.

The laws are there to punish blatant abusses ,not for sue-whore's to adress harmless technical details. :rolleyes:

Well, security needs of the server overrides a fictional demogame, this is where real life entertainment meets the entertainment of a fiction. consider that the way a swimming pool guard would introduce plastic tags on people after an incident where some Brazillian slum kid jumped in and pissed in the pool, and that the swimming pool guard had to introduce security measures, and another kid would say that the plastic tag on his arm infringed on his right as a child to be free of labels. I think the plastic tags would be fine.

I go along with Provo, Rik's decision was based on the need to ensure that the decision of the game committee was being followed, amongst other things (like ensuring that no other spies were in our forum). If the Constitution did not require this, the moderator action did.

Moderator Action: All people who register for CFC are users of CFC. That doesn't mean anyone can still be above the forum rules. This thread shouldn't have even been made. It's akin to discussing moderator actions. Anyone doing so again will be banned just like everyone else in CFC who does so.
