i would like to put up my proposal here:
position A is already set by a poll, it will be "KuhKaff".
So positions B- will be the proposal.
No resource loss, enough space for bavaria to grow and good spacing. Thats what i tried to achieve.

I believe the old B-position was good for the old A-position, but as we decided for the new A-position the onld one doesnt fit any more.

OK, then, I think B is a little to close to A. Perhaps should be moved over one tile away from Bavaria. It will still have access to the game.

Well, we wont use those extra space tiles until we get pop>12. do we really need them? we could later with hospitals decide for every 2nd city to be with a hospital and then use the leftover tiles of the non-hospital cities to let them grow.
im a strict believer in the 2-tile-spacing (didnt we poll on city spacing?)
