Civ 3 Complete won't start with OS X Sierra

Soooo.... I just upgraded to Sierra, and now Civ 3 complete won't start :'( any ideas?

No ideas how to fix (sorry), but I might know a man who can...

Try reposting this question in the 'Civ3 for Macintosh' section of CFC. Hopefully someone there will be more knowledgeable
