Short version: Succession Game for training how to do city micro-managing.
Long version: I have lurked and watched several of these succession games, but I have never played in one. I have played ten full single-player games on various random settings up through noble level, but I know I am not getting everything out of the game that I can. Specifically, I watch the other succession games and all of the micro-managing (MM), turning this city to "no growth" and that city to "emphasize production," etc. I know that you are micro-managing even lower than that and moving citizens around and changing specialists, etc.
I hardly ever do that.

I know I could be having a stronger game, and I am hoping that I can participate in a succession game that does a lot of micro-managing, along with the explanations of when and why and how this is done. Maybe the four players should be moderate newbies like me (I have played other Civ games and Alien Crossfire), and the lurkers and pros among you can have a good time flaming and critiquing us.

Or maybe we can get two newbies, along with two skilled micro-managers to keep us in line.
For a stake in the ground, I would propose:
Map: Continents
Size: TBD, probably in the middle.
Civilization: TBD, looking for suggestions to maximize the training.
Mods: Only the logging mod to make posting easier.
Players: 4 including myself.
Roster: Veritass, TBD, TBD, and TBD.
Post your thoughts over the weekend, and let's get started next week. Thanks.
