Okay that's interesting.

If FXS Sarah pops her head in to source questions for the art team, I gotta know if there’s any way they can throw in an Idle Animation where the camera pans across various parts of the map, in close up, to show of the lovely lovely terrain & cities.

I forget if that was ever a feature in earlier games or if I just dreamt it

Is there any thread for the Sep 12 gameplay session yet?
Or do we wait for Firaxis to upload their own pinned thread about that?

I will probably even be there on the Friday.

Any chance someone could calculate the US and EU times for this?

EDIT:
6 PM West coast Time
9 PM East coast time
3 AM CEST :yuck:
I'll go with a no, because no one ever includes an AEST, so you can all go get stuffed.

EDIT: your times are wrong btw. Lookup AU daylight savings 2024. ;)

Please help me.
I threw the time into google, asking 11 AM Melbourne to San Franciso, and got 6 PM.
https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/australia-melbourne-to-est this one agrees.
https://www.timebie.com/timezone/melbournesanfrancisco.php this one agrees.
Where is the error?
PAX Aus is in Melbourne, right?
When do you change the time?

Yeah, it's Melbourne. Daylight savings is from the first Sunday of October, to the first Sunday of April. So whilst yes, 11am AEST is 9pm EDT, it is not 11am AEDT. If you turned up at 9pm EDT, you'd find the presentation to be finished. :)

I use the meeting planner at https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html to forward plan a specific date.

:hatsoff: thanks Dale, fixed.

On the topic: We get a unit artist, an environmental artist and the art director... I hope to hear something more about the landscape and the ethnic units :D.
