But if every player doesn't say that he is ready to play tomorrow on the later time (16.30-17.30 on +2h-zone) We'll have to wait until everyone is ready. Its morning here and I have to go school so after that I'll post you private messages with passwords.

A. It will, but when your reload the map, whoever's not logged in will be AI
How strong is your computer, If your going to be hosting a game, your computer has to be strong enough to have 8 players at the same time. 4gb of ram should do it, maybe 2gb.
As far as time zones go, weekends are the best times to play we can figure out someway to find a time that's goods with everyone

I don't know how strong my computer is. Its a laptop If you know how to check it tell me plz! EDIT: If you meant the "memory" it says 4,00Gt...

Yeah that's why I thought conquer the AI was a better choice at this stage. Just learn things as you go and apply the advice you get here. Surprise, surprise this game takes a while to learn.

Okay I'll come out and say it, Justinian is one of my favorite AIs.
