Ummm... an enemy unit attacked your worker on the railroads and now that enemy unit blocks your unit from going where it wants to go to.

Oh wait... this is my second guess, an enemy airplane destroyed your railroad and know it prevents the 10 tiles/turn your unit wants to get. Don't know how this involves the worker though...
 
Here is my question ... I only know the first 2 columns of tech ...

I want to plant a city on the sign this turn but I don't want to lose it to the barbarian warrior. A) What do I need to get that axe to my city for defense? B) Alternatively, if I cannot get my axe there, what else do I need in my kingdom to not lose that newly founded city to the barbarian?

Both units have full movement. No unit involved in part B
 
The answer to my question was:

Gunship wants to move 12 spaces (on a road). Workers turn road into rails. Alll untis move 10 on rails. Gunships move faster on roads than rails!
 
A galley in the tile below the settlers. Move the axes into the galley, have the settlers settle, and dock the galley into the city.

EDIT: That's obviously wrong becasue part 3 contradicts part 4 ;)

No, if you're not a Privateer, then you need 5 XP to actually get the promotion. (4 for CHR, but I wasn't counting that.)

Well, technically he's wrong because you don't need flanking I or combat III (privateer, 0xp).

But I haven't got another question and my last one didn't go down too well so let onionsoldier have a go ;)
