I'm actually kind of unpleasantly amazed by the rapid death of patched Dharma, it offers easy universal bonuses to religion spread and amenities.
Meanwhile Khmer ability is simultaneously meh and very situational.

I honestly consider Khmer to be the worst overall civ in the game right now. All of their unique features have never been buffed and are among worst of the worst.

Macedon - Hellenestic Fusion: 13 = 12 + 1. Have those people downvoting this ability even played this civ? I recommend playing it before downvoting. I know that's not required, but it really helps with an ability like this. You don't just get one single worthless inspiration you would have gotten anyways. You shouldn't just be conquering 1 city. You will get nearly every single inspiration and eureka in the game. I just fly along the tech and civics trees. And the argument above being that if you are strong enough to take cities you don't need inspirations and eurekas? What? The point is you start off with a weaker opponent and this allows you to catch up to the top dog.

Georgia - Strength In Unity: 15 (18-3) The only ability that is worse than default status. It gives NOTHING during dark/normal age. It works ONLY during golden age and NOT GUARANTEES chaining golden ages, while DISABLING heroic ages. Begone.

India - Dharma: 5 (4+1) I am shocked what you have done to Dharma! This is +2/ sometimes+3 ammenities per city if player does completely nothing. This is rising cities from normal to ecstatic, giving +10% yields. And if player actively works about the ability, +3 ammenities is guaranteed, +4 possible without so much effort.
I saw someone wrote it depends on AI, not a player. WRONG. It depends on player. Take a city of different religion (or wait until someone converts yours), buy a missionairy, use one charge per city. You already got +1 happiness. +2 spreads is not to spread your religion, it is to spread heathens among empire, to get happiness. 1 missionary = 5 happiness.
And you can get jesuit education without founding religion or converting yourself to desired one. AI loves monks, feed the world and jesuit education.
It is middle tier ability and definitely doeas not deserve to be eliminated first

Cree - Nihithaw: 22 (21 + 1) This is a great ability. Basically, you get a free Colossus at Pottery, which is very early, combined with possibly the most interesting land grab mechanism in the game. Taking tiles along trade routes is neat because: a) it will get you a bunch of free tiles, including ring 3 tiles, and b) it will help seal off your territory for other civ's units by sealing the gaps, and c) it will improve visibility along your trade routes.

France - Grand Tour: 5 (8 - 3) Yeah, this one is not too impactful. I love building wonders, but this 17% reduction in production time isn't going to make too much of a difference in the later eras, and the double tourism isn't a game changer either.

Auto religion is nice, and even if you're not quickest you can still pick up the science for foreign worshipers belief which coupled with this can amount to some serious beaker output

Its my favorite to play with as it allows flexibility from the start, it fits Greece thematically, benefits Pericles and Gorgo equally and gives diversity of gameplay. Despite it being ‘boring’, the game needs some civs with straightforward boni to allow the player to focus on other micro aspects. Im shocked it got downvoted so early.

Now this is boring and doesnt make any sense! How many river cities will you get??

France - Grand Tour: ELIMINATED = 2 - 3; Just felt like pushing the contest along, but admittedly I'm not all that enthused by Grand Tour, regardless of which leader I choose. I do have some wonders I like that are covered by Grand Tour, but otherwise most of the other qualifying wonders are religious or really strange (oh Chichen Itza, look at what they did to you...).

Scythia - People of the Steppe: 21 = 20 + 1; Getting free Saka Horse Archers isn't that interesting, but getting free light cavalry throughout the game is pretty great. There are more light cavalry to fill out the time periods now, so horse spam scales a little better too. All in all, getting free units is very useful for warmongering.

Georgia - Strength In Unity: 12 (15 - 3) This ability allow to be almost all time in perpetual Golden Age. That task isn't really difficult without that ability, but that ability make difficult to aim for a Dark Age (and so: Heroic Age). I would love to see that ability to allow to choose your Age independently of you current Era Score (but Era Score will become irrelevant, except if the ability converts it into some yield like Faith or Influence).

Maori - Mana: 22 (21 + 1) I like this ability a lot. It allows to explore the sea faster and earlier without sinking any Science into the required technologies nor Production into naval unit, and strenghtens newfound cities with better unimproved tiles with a culture bomb ability. From that, you can plan your game and take the advantage early. The Maori is the only civilization that can invade an other continent in the ancient / classical era with land units! There is some maluses to this: not being able to recruit Writers (quite damaging for cultural victory, but you can steal some Writings if you have the slots), nor harvesting any ressources (which can be problematic for district adjacencies). Overall, it is a fun, powerful, and unique mixed bag ability, and I like it.
