Um, if you meet Corvinus, tell him that Egypt is a very dry country in a huge desert, maybe with an occasional oasis, but definitely not with a maze of rivers, no, no, and even if there is one, it is a very long and straight one, not at all winding and looping, for sure... City states neighbours? No, don't think so... What's that, by the way?

I must say again that I love map generation in GS. They are so beautiful, intricate, colorful and full of surprises. I usually take more time to just study my surroundings so I can take advantage of it. Usually there are so many possibilities on city placement. It can be hard to decide st times.

So, when I started a game as Mali, I arrived in tundra on the north on this map. The game did reward me for trying to find a desert, tho!

I don't know about building the great wall next to a volcano, it isn't that great. Actually I just liked this screenshot because of the impressive wall on the edge of the AI China empire, if it weren't for that tobacco resource in the way it would have been more impressive. Of course they aren't actually using it for unit defense... Not that it would stop my jet bombers. Or GDR. GDR>Great Wall.
