Why yes I'd love a +10 Holy Site with Work Ethic and Desert Folklore, thank you.
I also see a prime Ruhr Valley City. Look at all those Hills!
Now that is a lovely City.OK, just for fun I built this city up. Added a couple of districts around the future IZ site as well as more mines and lumber mills.
Industrial Zone production:
+ 8 for adjacencies (4 for dams, 2 for Bath, 2 for other two districts)
+ 3 workshop
+ 6 factory
+ 8 coal plant
------------------------
25 production
After building the Rhur Valley the city's production was 220.5 . Not bad. I'm sure it could be tweaked with other stuff and policy cards but it'll do.

(Hope you can see the pic, for those that can't, maybe it's because it's coming from an HTTP site, not HTTPS and your browser is trying to protect you? Dunno.)

Oddly enough, could only convert one of the dams to hydro-electric. Disappointing.
I know I just got a brand new computer at work, and a lot of the pictures are just showing up as a square folded over at the top right corner with a diagonal line through the bottom right corner and a mountain and cloud in the background. I keep having to right-click and select "open image in new tab" to view them. I feel like there's a simple solution somewhere, but it's been ages since I've had to explore these personalized options on a computer.

Don't tell me you're using IE6.

The Russian empire enlisted every man of age in their army, to little avail.
Seriously, though, this is why I'm banning Peter from every game now that the Civ selection pool is a thing.
Me (Trajan): Lautaro has conquered my capital! I suggest we join our forces and fight against his evil tyranny!
Mvemba: I hate you but I hate Lautaro more! I'm in!
Basil II: I pass.
Robert: Me too
???: Me too.
Me: Who are you? And what are you doing in meeting I called?
???: My name is ???. I wanted to know what's up with this hype about this "Rome."
Also this historic moment:
Non-specially districts are only allowed one building per city, regardless of how many you have. Same applies to Neighborhoods and their buildings.
Not going to lie when I first saw that icon with the sickle I thought it was a unique Russian unit modded in the game.1) Am I seeing a Great Farmer?
I have also noticed the city center getting damaged during partisan missions, weird. How did my city center get damaged? I think that happens with nukes, but too early in this game to be any nukes. The AI seemed to recruit partisans twice in my capital city. The first time pillaged my neighborhood as expected, the 2nd set of partisans caused my city center to become pillaged I think. Leave it to the AI to figure out a way to cheat and continue recruiting partisans. Because I have no other explanation why 2 sets of partisans appeared near my capital.
This screen shot taken long after I dealt with the partisans, after I noticed my city center was still damaged.

Not a great farmer, just a regular farmer, which is a civilian unit you get when you build a farm town district in the City Lights mod. Works like a builder except he can only make farms, pastures and plantations.1) Am I seeing a Great Farmer?
Look at what you did. Now the Icecaps will melt faster. Tch. Shame.
