I think America needs more wildcard slots...
Actually could get 1 more if I get the world congress vote to enact an additional wild card slot for my government, but that vote is hard to win.

The game gave me the option to build Golden Gate here, so I did to see what happens. At first it seemed like it wasn't working since it seemed to be connecting to enemy territory whom I have no open borders with. But it appears that both tiles will work for entering the bridge.
My builder seems to be in an uncomfortable position on this bridge, and I'm thinking he may be a little too heavy for this bridge.

I expect a catastrophic eruption should launch that galley into near Earth orbit, if not farther.

It would be interesting if there were the Mount Ararat natural wonder, which provides plenty of faith and religious tourism if a civ could place a naval unit atop it via a hurricane.

I always rename a city to Las Vegas when I play America, or play a TSL map and I'm in that part of the world. I believe it is in the city list, but you may have to make like 40 cities to get to it. 20 is generally my limit. When I saw the Colorado river and desert environment, I had to make it. Even got Petra built in it. Perhaps if the NCR had Petra, they wouldn't have struggled so much against the Legion.

Oh my, I don't know how high your disaster level is, but I can already imagine that those tile yields are going to be quite big...
