civ2 downloads problem

I was trying to download a scenario from the civ2 downloads->scenario section, but the filedownload got stuck on "getting file info" when i right clicked and selected save as. when i just clicked on the link, the page displayed the page cannot be found error. Was this just me, or is there a db problem?
