In the bic file there's an error....
Roman Civ is Industrious and Militaristic....and the Chief is CESAR
I've posted a wrong version of the bic file....
sorry....
you can correct it using the editor

Right.....
this is a little upgrade to the first version.....

I've corrected the little error and i've changed the role of Pyramids
Now Pyramids are a SMALL WONDER:
This is because the Giza's Pyramids aren't the only kind of Pyramids in the world....
Many other civ like AZTECS(chicken itza) or BABYLONIANS (Ziqqurat) have build construction silmiar to Pyramids and the role of this building was very various.
In my mod now Pyramids works like FORBIDDEN PALACE, because they test the great level of culture and civilization of the people.
They add a 50% bonus to science because these places vere often used like an astrronomic obervatory....

Very soon (hope in next release) there will be add some units....

What are the properties of the governments?

Don't say that you gave Social Democracy low war weariness and high corruption!

Government properties:
*Despotism=no substantial changes.
*Ancient Monarchy=Like Despotism but have no Tile penalty
*Theocracy=Nuisance Corruption/5%max science rate/5%
assimilation chance
*Feudal Monarchy=All units are free/catastophic Corruption/
7% max science Rate
In this way i try to simulate the Feudal system;this was characterized by:
-the exchange between military forces and nobiliar titles(and
countries)=free military units
-a state of continuous war between the vassals(and often
between the greater vassals and the kings)=high corruption
*Absolute Monarchy=no changes from civ3 Monarchy
*NEW!!!
TOTALITARISM(I put it in in next version)=
This form of govenment substitute Communism and Fascism that were too similar
*Republic=No substantial changes

Liberal Democracy= Catastrophic Corruption/Military
Police=7/draft=4/Low War weariness/No
requires Manteinance

This form of government want to simulate the democracies of 1800.
These were caraterized by:
-The right of vote was linked to estate
-A strong Imperialism and Colonialism
-The lack of presence of the State in the economy
(no manteinance)

Social Democracy=Like Democracy
(is the modern form of Democracy)

Errrr... Catastrophic corruption is what Anarchy has. Catastrophic corruption means no production happens, nor is any income earned. Have you playtested this?

I've noticed this error too....
Now Corruption is set to Rampant
thank you

In effect is really hard to simulate this form of government without unbalancing the game

Ok.....i've spend all my afternoon to improve governments.....but(if God want it) i've made it.

I've made a lot of changes(if you want to take a look use the editor)......i've leave Fascism and modified Liberal Democracy

Now the game will be more realistic and i hope balanced.

This is the .bic file ..... enjoy it and make me know

(to the people that have downloaded the file....thanks a lot)

Got the file, I'll take a look at it.

BTW, where in Italy is Rimini? I have a fondness for Italy, because both sides of my family are originally from there (long ago, though).

To Switch625:
Rimini is in Emilia-Romagna alog the Adriatic Coast.
If you have a map of Italy try to find Ravenna.....Rimini is sited about 50km south from Ravenna along the coast.

BTW...i've got a little idea....
to make some forms of government more convenient i can link the building of some Wonders to the government form....

I make an Example....
You can't build sistine chapel if you aren't in a Theocracy
Or Universal suffrage is buildable only under Social Democracy....

What do you think about it?

Hi!
This is the documentation of the government in my mod....
enojoy it.....
(in the documentation there will be minor changes from the last version there will be present in next version)
