Speaking for myself... This is the first unmodded civilization game I have ever played that remained enjoyable, for multiple games carried from start to finish.

Greg, there is a rather bad mistake in the german version. Page 211 is in italian. Wouldnt be so bad on other pages but its the shortcutlist.

Use the foxit reader, it works very well and is much smaller and more agile than adobes reader.

I'm very surprised to see that all of the world wonders (with the exception of only two) give only one culture. Why so little culture from all world wonders?

Culture system has been dramatically change from CIV.
Culture is needed for purchase social policies and increase city border, cultural victory condition also change from having super culture cities to collecting social policies.

I think they lower wonder's culture for gameplay balance since wonder's bonus alone is huge enough except for the stonehenge bonus that give you additional culture anyway.

It also loses the +20% production towards buildings, simply giving +1 production per forest instead, that really doesnt look good anymore.

Not as good, no. But having the bonus to all production instead of just to buildings is some consolation.

The Roman Ballista makes no mention of requiring set-up to fire, and has strength 18 vs strength 14 for catapults. Surely a mistake?
