I would almost true, but UTC is slightly better.

I hate daylight saving time. it's nonsense.

I'm currently using CET

For Sweded CET is a good time zone.... but for Portugal even GMT is a little off the hook ( technically , given the meridians ,we should be in GMT -1 )

And the UE daylight saving time is .... I must reckon
