we have to build the palace in another city when we lose our capital 12:39
you don't seem to update units, here crossbowman and assault tower at 17:04 and 17:12
we have also seen plenty of archer and swordsmen in many videos
on firaxis livestream on twitch at 00:41:49 (i think we have a better screen somewhere else where we see theocracy... can't find it)
oligarchy and autocracy bonuses and switched compared to what you wrote in the first post, and that's merchant republic

16:47 of Quill18’s “Let's Play: Civilization VI (yes, 6!) - England - Part 2 [NYC Pre-Release Event]”

Amenities are gained from various sources. Lack of Amenities stunts Citizen growth and reduces the generation of Non-Food Yields. War Weariness and Bankruptcy incur negative amenities.

The Tooltip for Quill's London said:
Amenities from Luxury resources: 0
Amenities from Civics: 0
Amenities from Entertainment: 0
Amenities from Great People: 0
Amenities from National Parks: 0
Amenities from War Weariness: -0
Amenities from Bankruptcy: -0

Vilnius is the capital of Lithuania, not Latvia.
No city state seen for Gran Colombia, only out because of Simon Bolivar as a GP, right?
Also, Amsterdam and Buenos Aires were seen in the russian video, so Holland and Argentina should also go on that list.

The 12th district is Neighborhood.

Source:
The civic tree, on Modern Era, the civic Conversation has Eureka of
"Have a Neighborhood district with Breathtaking Appeal"

more from the TrustedReviews Youtube video:
- Domination victory (2:00)
- Vilnius is a cultural city state (5:00)

In one video I watched recently (probably during Firaxis Livestream as an answer to a chat question) developpers confirmed Forbidden Palace as a wonder that requires a flat tile neighbouring the city (or capital - I do not remember) and gives +1 wildcard policy slot. Unfortunately I cannot find now this part of the video.

They do not mouse over England so we cannot see the specifics of their bonuses. I think its interesting only some of the UU says they replace anything. For example Samurai does not say it replaces anything while the P51 does.
Some of this was new to me at least, and we can maybe update first post now with more specific civ information :)

Regarding the Natural Wonders, you may add there are several multi-tile wonders:
- Great Barrier Reef (2 tiles)
- Cliffs of Dover (2 tiles)

- Pantanal (4 tiles)

Further, Natural Wonders give an adjacency bonus to the Holy Site District.
