From the Firaxis LiveStream:

15:20 - A new concept called "Siege". When all 6 tiles around a City are occupied by opponents, or under the zone of control of opponents, the city will NOT heal. It is specifically mentioned that this also applies to water tiles on a coastal city, and Ed mentioned this as a plus for coastal cities, making it more difficult to block their healing. And a mountain next to a city also counts as surrounding that city.

18:00 - Cliffs do NOT prevent harbour districts from being built, but Ed says they've been going back and forth on that, so it may change again in the final product.

37:00 - Sending 3 envoys to a City State will give you Open Borders with them.

67:00 - When you get a second promotion, it will be possible to rename a unit.

"Aqueduct Brings water from Rivers/Oasis/Mountains to boost population, Cities without access to fresh water get +6 Housing, Cities with access to fresh water get +2, Must: next to City Centre"

This description seems very unclear: it suggests a city with no acces gets more housing than not?

Yes, a city completely without Fresh Water will benefit more than a city that already has Fresh Water.

More precisely, what Sarah said was that when the AI is playing Kongo, his agenda is that he wants you to spread your religion to him.

corrected...so not a simple +6, so (Probably) a city with fresh water gets at least as much as one without.
