*Added TSL support for Giant Earth, Greatest Earth, Largest Earth, and Play Europe Again (YnAMP)
New Content:
*Modified "Datlof's Last Stand" (now grants -2gpt unit maintenance)
*Modified "Land Hungry" (now grants science for combat victories)

Misc:
*Switched to semantic versioning (to convert a previous version to the new format, follow this: x.y ---> 1.x.y)
*Updated RoD_Config.xml to register civs again for the R&F ruleset, making the mod functional w/ R&F.
*Added SoundBank and audio files for custom music, which is now working
*Added GCO_ModInGame.xml and .lua to rerun/add to certain game and sound events, which the SoundBank unfortunately causes to fail.
*Updated TODO.txt
*The GitHub account containing this mod has been renamed, and so the URL has changed. The download path for this version demonstrates the new URL
*Added leader dialogue to spice up the Datlof AI
*Updated config to support Gathering Storm (expansion 2)
*Added compatibility with Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm to mod info
*Fixed bug that caused military engineers to become impossible to produce due to the Brewery not counting for the Armory prerequisite.
