Really, IMHO, the poll should have been done here, not on Twitter. There would have been fewer people and more prominent biases, sure, but there's pretty much no chance of random people who know nothing about Civ 6 voting for the "best Leader" getting into the votes.

Hmmmm, you may be missing the point of being on social media, for a company. But who stops us from doing the same? Including more leaders of course... Go girls!

But being on social media can serve a purpose, for a human as for a company.
It can also be just because the competition is there too, which then means there is no purpose.
