Okay, the OP says it unlocks here at Feb 11, 6 AM/CET, which is 7:30h from now. Why does it say on Steam that it's approx 20h?

Don't take Steam's word for it. I expect it will unlock at the time in the OP, if not earlier, as with the deluxe edition.

If I remember anything about international launches. It should be available sometime during the day before the actual stated release day (if you're in America)

from looking it up it should be available now, they moved the launch foward. You might have to restart your steam client before it will download
