Since neither Raisin nor BCLG told you about it right off, I'd argue that the five turn timer should start when you took over the reins, but that's just me.

Not like it matters anywho, I have just enough units to counter any attack, but not enough to attack...anyone, unless they had 1 city.

TBH I never tought my civ could go to war with anybody, well when I was the uncontested leader of the Russian Raisins.

I was going towards a ''Switzerland Neturality'' before I gave my civ away.
