I don't think you can lose this time. While I have added walls since the last battle, I do still only have a spearman and an archer in there. My stupid choice to upgrade the warrior to a spearman instead of an axeman. You have, if I remember correctly, four axemen AND indirect fire support this time.
Having said that, if you do actually get whomped on again....man, you'll be the laughing stock of Pitboss!

Shouldn't we separate our flag in half to symbolize the end of our union? Something like me keeping the hockey and you keeping only the bonhomme, ou vice-cersa. Two new, but clearly linked flags to represent our empires. Being a vassal doesn't mean you have no colours to raise proudly!

Really, you'd take a turn for some bombardment/reinforcement too if you were facing that sort of public shame in case of failure.

Quick administrative question that I just got asked - in this game (not to be confused with the Warlords game), did we collectively decide to void the no-doublemove rule, and if so where's the posts where we did that?
I know I'm following that rule vs VRWC (except for that one incident ), he appears to be following it even at the cost of three axemen, and Azza was when eliminating EdTheGreat, but aside from that it hasn't come up for me and I wanted to be sure, one way or the other.

I'll say one thing, it certainly was the last thing I was expecting, discretion being the better part of valor notwithstanding. That said, and handshake pending my actually logging in to the game this afternoon, I'll honor peaceful passage for your troops back to your capital (exact path TBD), but nock one arrow or pillage one tree and it'll be the end of them all.
