Yes, and then the ref will smash you civ according to the rules . Seriously, I think you can replay if you have lost 84f. It's nothing more than just for fun game.

Is that you battle report in post #645 for that turn? If so, please replay and make sure that the actual stuff you do matches it. Otherwise, there is no way to check anyhow since there is no save.

I thought that might be the save and I didn't rename it. I will replay the save tonight and do the exact same thing. Akots the pictures of my actions are in the forum.

I replayed the save and got the same results. The only change was my elite galley win ended up one tile above it's previous win. Sorry for the mess up.
