CivUP 2.3.2/GEM 1.12.2 Manhattan Project Notification Bug

An AI civ can have and use atomic bombs long before the MP wonder notification comes. It does come eventually, but I've had a couple of games where several atomic bombs have been used before the notification. No idea whether that's when it's actually built or not - that would be strange/more of a problem.

The game core causes notifications to display, so bugs like this exist in the unmodded game, and are difficult for mods to fix.

Fair enough. When I moved to the fall patch I only played with your mods, so while I've never had this problem before maybe it's do with that.

Anyway, when you see an atomic bomb in a city then I guess you know it's been built.

I realized this is probably due to the bug which can prevent any notifications from appearing right away. It was introduced in the fall patch.
