Hmmm... Civlord. He got banned from the DG game forums permanately but I'm not sure if he got banned at all on the rest of the forums. We'll wait and see.

Banned? From what? What is DG means?
And why is he banned there?
No explaination from the moderators possible?

Civlord was logged on 12 hours ago ... bearing in mind he has had the turn for the past 38 hours - a turn which will take 2 minutes to play and send - I reckon Civlord has lost all interest here since he got himself banned.

I would say this game is dead and buried.

I've sent a e-mail to Civlord to make sure he will not continue surfing/playing here. I'd like to wait on his reaction before coming to a conclusion..

I've received a mail: Civlord wants to continue this PBEM and will send the save today or tomorrow. He isn't sure about the AoD-PBEM though, so maybe someone else should start that PBEM..
We've to wait until the save will be going on..

You could try, but if you bear in mind how long we have been waiting for Civlord to play a turn, I wouldn't hold my breath.

I think the quickest thing to do is just restart with a new random map, unless anyone knows of a way to extract the 'seed' map setting from a save file ?

I used seedbeest to extract the seed and setting from the map.

Barbarians: ROAMING.

Climate: WET.

LandForm: PANGAEA.

Map Size: STANDARD.

Ocean Coverage: 60%.

Temperature: WARM.

World Age: 5 BILLION YEARS.

World seed: 4950220
