GPS........hmmm my city rioting too. there was such a concern to have equal starting points but i dont remember agreeing to playing the game on the hardest level. It will deffinately make it a long game.

It will make little difference as most of the changes concern how much advantage the AI has and as their is no AI it is a level playing field. At least that is my understanding. Anyone have a differnet outlook?
