Don't forget that Oghma's entry into creation would start another Godswar. Also, I expect he would at least require you to answer a very difficult riddle before he considers helping you.

Gods, and not just evil gods, would want your soul, but that souls given to a neutral god like Oghma would not be twisted and tortured until they become demons, but would go on to an afterlife that is perhaps marginally better than your current life.
