No you didnt. It was never aproved by the GM. The payments never came, and i specifically said if the tech deal was not approved then the deal was off.

Is there any reason i'm not on the map?

The GM (Lighthearter, who is abreviated as LH) is very busy at the moment. I would suggest VMing/PMing him just to make sure you get included. Maybe repost them in the thread. But be aware that i think you posted your nation after the latest update correct? If not, then follow the above instructions.

SPECIFY HOW MANY ARMIES YOU ARE BUYING. THE GM DOESNT HAVE TIME TO KEEP TRACK OF OUR ECONOMIES AND OUR CREDITS. FIGURE OUT YOUR ECONOMY, AND THEN TELL US EXACTLY HOW MANY ARMIES YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY. SAME THING FOR WIM.

The paymensts never came. Never recieved a bit. I will be on the sideline for now, but only because im busy. If you even come near europe or russia you are dead. If you take alaska, well your dead then too, but just not as soon.

Well now that your at war, it costs 10 each. I know you dont have 40 territories. So your wrong there.

So count your territories in the last update map. Then count how many armies/navies you have in addition to your first 2 (which are free). Multiply teh number of non-free armies/navies by 5. Subtract that number from the number of territories. Thats how many credits you have. However many times that number goes into 10 is how many armies/navies you can buy.
