Commanders have a huge flaw

Speaking of commanders, is it just me or does the Initiative promotion break after Era change?

I had a bug where it wasnt working on one commander, but it was working on another commander in the exploration era. One of those was from the previous era. AFAIK they were all working in the modern era

Initiative wasn't working for my commanders once they transitioned to the Modern era in a session I just finished up Weather Gauge was working for the naval commanders when they earned that in Modern era though, so this might be just a problem with commanders from previous eras.

Losing initiative benefit on age transition happened to me too. Now I check individual commanders and if there's bugged one, I reload end of the age save.

I didn't have any problems. Was it moving from Persia where you get the free initiative promo, maybe somethin in there didn't carry properly?

On PS5 we have the opposite problem. Initiative doesn't work until you've changed Eras
